Amy Ferguson joined TBWA\Chiat\Day as an Executive Creative Director in March 2018.
Prior to that Amy was at MullenLowe New York where she was charged with running the JetBlue account and establishing the newly opened New York office. In the 2 and 1/2 years she was at the helm she garnered the JetBlue brand a lot of attention with clever and compelling work in a category where her client was hugely outspent. Most notably with JetBlue “Flybabies”, an initiative that turned crying babies on flights into a good thing. The film, strategically launched on Mother’s Day, was a viral sensation and commandeered the media conversation.
Amy also began her career at TBWA\Chiat\Day NY, where she helped to revamp the image of Absolut with the iconic “In an Absolut World” campaign. From there she made the move to Grey New York, where she worked on E-Trade including a wildly popular and awarded “Talking Baby” Super Bowl spot. In 2010 Amy left Grey and became a fixture in the freelance world. She spent time at some of the best shops in New York, creating a name for herself. Freelance afforded Amy time to work on creative pursuits beyond advertising, including her own stationery line.
Throughout her career she has been recognized by many of the industry’s top award shows, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, LIA Awards and The AICP. Amy has appeared on Business Insider’s annual list of Most Creative Women in Advertising as well as AdAge’s Creatives to Watch.
Amy and her family live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn in a 100 year old brownstone.
